BOOK ME AS A SPEAKER

DISCOVER MY STORY

I'm a Systems Strategist, Ethical Hiring Advocate, and Travel Advisor Coach

From juggling every client detail alone to leading a travel business supported by real systems and a trusted team, my story is proof of what becomes possible when you stop doing everything yourself and start leading with intention. I'm here to show travel agents and travel advisors how to build a business that supports their actual life, create freedom through structure, and make an impact through ethical, values-driven leadership.

Keynote Speaker

In my keynotes, I invite audiences to rethink what growth actually looks like for travel agents and travel advisors. Everything I share comes from lived experience. I cover how systems, aligned leadership, and ethical hiring build businesses that grow without breaking the person running them. The goal every time is to leave every person in that room with clarity, conviction, and a real path forward they can act on the same day.

where strategy meets soul

As the Founder and CEO of Assistants That Work and creator of the Double Impact model, I’ve built my business on the belief that growth and integrity can coexist. After growing my travel agency by 28% during 2020—and continuing to scale with over 200% year-over-year growth—I learned firsthand that systems and support are the key to sustainable success.

Along the way, I expanded to a thriving team of assistants, modeled aligned leadership, and was honored as a
Top 25 Producer with Journese (now Evoke)  for three consecutive years and a Top 100 Agent among more than 8,000 advisors with my host agency. Today, I’ve guided over 10,000 business owners in building systems that serve their lives, hiring ethically, and stepping fully into their CEO role—and it’s my greatest joy to now share those lessons from the stage as a sought-after speaker on sustainable success, systems, and ethical leadership.

let's talk about

It all started with a gold couch and the hard truth.

We were sitting on the gold couch when it all came crashing down. I was working nonstop, saying yes to everything, running a “successful” business that was quietly wrecking me. My health was unraveling. My calendar was a blur of late nights and missed moments. I couldn’t remember the last time I felt rested, let alone present.

That’s when Robbie looked at me, eyes full of love and concern, and said what I hadn’t been willing to admit: “You can’t keep living like this.” That conversation broke something open. Because he was right. I had built a business that looked good on the outside, but it was costing me everything that mattered.

"we can't keep living like this."

That gold couch became the place where I cried, exhaled, and finally chose to do things differently. I got support. I created real systems. I stopped trying to do it all myself. And slowly, I rebuilt—not just my business, but my life.

That’s the work I do now. Helping travel advisors create businesses that give back more than they take. That support your actual life. That leave room for breath, for beauty, for being. It starts with a moment like mine—when you decide: never again. And from there, everything can change.
